BIOGRAPHY:
Christol Caulk is a dedicated educator whose career has been defined by creating pathways,access, and opportunity for students with special needs. She is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree with dual certifications in Elementary and Special Education, along with a minor in History. She later obtained a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Delaware.
Christol’s lifelong passion centers on honoring the diversity of learners and recognizing each student as an individual with unique strengths, abilities, and needs. Her work reflects a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and meaningful educational experiences for all.
Outside of the classroom, Christol enjoys traveling, attending Broadway theater productions, and exploring her love of cooking. She currently resides in Odessa, Delaware.
